If you're not writing because your muse has abandoned you...

... find another excuse quick, because your new muse may be like this. I seem to recall Autopope complaining about having a muse who was clearly related to this one.

(Why no, I have not written anything since before going to Redemption. But I did start on the book log this morning *before* seeing that cartoon.)

Now that's what I call a muse!

I suspect mine's kind of like Evil Janeway from the "Living Witness" episode of Voyager...

No, my muse has not abandoned me, but now I'm far too busy reading web-comics to do any writing! ;)

I threatened my muse with hanging, drawing & quartering if she didn't check in, and she seems to be behaving a little better this past week :)

Thank you. :)

My only question is - how *does* one hunt ostriches with testicles?

My muse is generally prolific but well behaved. There was the one story whose muse decided to take the OTHER muses hostage, conditional on my meeting her demands, but that was a unique event, at least thus far.

My muse seems to be as scatterbrained and absent-minded as, well, me...

Bolas (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bolas), apparently...

Ive seen yours, exiting the living room at 5am when you were on a deadline. Janeway in a greek dress with doc martens. Thrown out of muse academy for refusing to do poetry.
