These are the out-of-copyright copies available on Project Gutenberg, so I'd assume they're the text from the original editions. I've never seen the Baen editions.
I vaguely recollect something about Baen editions of some of her work being revised to take out or at least tone down the Cold War elements, but don't know the details. It would certainly make sense to do so with these ones if you were aiming to sell them to a new generation of YA readers in 2001, simply to make them more accessible to readers who don't remember the Cold War.
