Yes, that's a very different direct/3rd party ratio. It does seem to vary from publisher to publisher -- what I hear about Samhain suggests that overall it skews towards 3rd party in comparison with LI.

I've just emailed my spreadsheet to Emily for the EREC statistics. She already does a hell of a lot of work for that, but I'm tempted to ask if she gets enough data to see whether there's a significant difference across distribution sources for the different publishers.
