Yes. I thought it was a great episode. I'm such a geek. I really like seeing the flashbacks into the character's early lives. (And I want to see more of Gallifrey in the next Who season). I loved how the actor who played Grey got the 'family' voice and accent perfectly... and even looked right for Jack's little brother.

I was also very pleasantly surprised that Captain John turned out to be three dimensional after all.

According to the radio Times one of the Season Four episodes of Doctor Who is called 'The Doctor's Daughter' which 'does exactly what it says on the tin'. And the actress playing her is the daughter of Peter Davidson. How cool is that? More backstory.

(They never explained Granddaughter Susan, did they?)
