I'd like to add to this my remark on the pricing of ebooks: no way am I going to pay hardcover prices for an ebook that's going to be exactly the same when it's out in mass market paperback edition. I've actually gotten disgusted enough not to buy a new book from one of my favorite writers (Kelley Armstrong) because it cost twice as much as her other books. I might have payed for a hardcover because then you actually get more quality for your money, but those ones and zeroes of the ebook aren't going to change the least little bit later on. Not going to fall for that bit of trickery, no way, nohow.
