Daisy Dalrymple ebook omnibus £1.09 at the Evil River

For those of you who don't mind buying Kindle format and can buy from Amazon UK, the ebook omnibus of the first four Daisy Dalrymple mysteries is in the May monthly deals for £1.09. Which means you've got until midnight on Monday to buy it at that price. I like these books a lot, and would suggest that if you like the idea of gentle mysteries with a touch of romance set in the 1920s they're worth trying out at that price.

Thanks for the recommendation. I very much enjoyed the Phryne Fisher stories that you mentioned a while back, so I have rushed off and bought the Daisy Dalrymple book. One can't go wrong at that price. Also, for fiction, I now prefer ebooks. They take up far less room!

I have them all on my shelf. I started collecting them before I got a kindle. I too, prefer to buy new stuff as ebooks, with certain exceptions, but sometimes the publishers (or whoever) don't co-operate. I've discovered Seanan Mcguire recently and got all her newer stuff on ebook but am having to collect the October Daye books as dead tree editions.
I can't get hold of Phryne Fisher books from no. 5 onwards. (I think it's five). But I have all the Corinna Chapman ebooks up to date. It's playing hell with my head. I can never remember what's on my kindle and what's on my shelves. Every day is a bookhunt.
