Dorchester cannot be dicks. Dicks are productive, and by and large make the world a happier place. Dorchester have morphed into something much more like one of those internet spams for positively guaranteed dick-magnifiers. Alas, this lacks a short and slangy descriptor.
I've tentatively identified the new deteriorated Dorchester as tossweasels.
