Ah, I bought that for my nephew's fifth birthday the other week, on the very sound basis that I watched it when I was five. I know what you mean - it's a lovely story, well paced, well told, and yes - great acting too. I've got a soft spot for Patricia Maynard's wonderful turn as Miss Winters. But yes, a great tribute to Lis and Nick, and Ian too.
