Yes, I've got a boxed set, so you're going to be subjected to Torchwood drool for a bit. The last disc in the set has the whole series of Torchwood Declassified, the 10 minute "behind the scenes" thing they did for each episode.
Torchwood Declassified 1.00 -- Welcome to Torchwood
This is the one they showed as an introduction before the series itself started, and thus is an overall introduction to the show, rather than about a specific episode. It's pretty much ten minutes of fluff, although there are some nice "behind the scenes" bits such as the time-lapse film of building the hubset that make it worth watching through once. There's a heavy emphasis on making sure that people know that it's got lots of sex and violence. *Tasteful* sex and violence, naturally. And seeing it afterwards, it's clear that it was also a planned part of the misdirection over the long-term cast list. There's a very brief introduction to the characters, and a little bit of reminding people of the backstory from Doctor Who for both the Cardiff Rift and Captain Jack. All in all, it does what it's supposed to -- hook people's interest to get them to watch the series, without saying anything of real significance.
