There's currently a stage adaptation by the Middle Ground Theatre Company doing the rounds, I'd guess based on the Radio 4 dramatisation that you mention. It's on at the Yvonne Arnaud Theatre in Guildford from the 2nd to the 6th of April. If you're interested, it might be worth checking whether it's coming to a theatre near you.
