Turnpike, from Demon Internet. Many years ago, the ISP was looking for a solidly built email client to licence for their customers -- and liked it so much they eventually bought the company. Alas, it's no longer being developed, and has only the very occasional security update. (They gave up on trying to compete with Outlook Express...)
When I bought it, it was free for use with a Demon account but required a licence fee to use with other ISPs. I don't know what the situation is now, or if it's even possible to buy a licence for it. But the demon.ip.support.turnpike newsgroup can probably answer such questions.
