draft background information page for Lord and Master

I've put up a draft of a background information page for Lord and Master. At the moment there are aren't any internal links to it on the site, as it's a draft, and I need to check with someone about something on the supplementary page. There *is* a supplementary page, with material that is a big fat spoiler for the book. Don't follow the link to the supplementary page if you haven't read the book and might do so in the future.
