Pardon me for popping in. I read The High Crusade back when I was very young, and I loved it. It's traveled with me to various parts of NY and finally down here to Florida.

Thanks for mentioning it. I think I'll go back and read it again.

I hadn't read it for years (it was one of the ones that had been in storage for rather longer than originally anticipated), so I was a bit worried about how it would hold up on re-reading. But it was still enormous fun. :-)
