I'm rather uncritically fond of the Laundry books (I even own the roleplaying game). It has geeky humour that I appreciate, and I find it somewhat more digestible than some of Stross' SF, which I am not smart enough to appreciate.
It also helps that most (probably all, but again, I Am Not Smart Enough) of the Laundry stories are actually pastiches of other types of books, such as Modesty Blaise and James Bond pastiches.
