Thanks. :-) I don't hold out much hope, because very little is ever taken out of the slushpile. On the other hand, various people have pointed out to me that as someone who RTFGuidelines, and sent them a properly formatted manuscript, I've already put myself above most of the slushpile... I really need to start agent-hunting, but I've already had one reputable agent reject JiF on the grounds that he couldn't sell *that* manuscript, while asking me to send him the next one. So I probably need to write something a bit more tailored to the market first. :-)
