julesjones1500 words today, so getting back into gear. Still feeling a bit tired, but I've got my appetite back and I managed to cycle the mile and a half each way to Safeway's which is more than I could have done yesterday. I could have really done without an IBS attack *and* a dose of food poisoning in the same week.
