Back to work on the current WIP. Started at 16250 this morning, and now stands at 17094 for 844 today. Not an awful lot, seeing as I had the day off, but at least I'm getting back into it. It's just a bit too much like pulling teeth right now for my peace of mind -- I seem to have lost hold of where I was going with this story. There may be a fair bit of thrashing around before I get back on track. I know where it ends, and I have a lot of isolated scenes in my head, but tying them all together into a coherent narrative is apparently beyond me at the moment. Plugging away at 250 words a day is probably the only way to get through this, as it's definitely easier when I'm working on it every day.
