Were I a better Christian than I am, I would not have had the response I did to the news that this morning Jerry Falwell will be explaining himself to the boss in person. But I'm still not ashamed of the glee I felt at tharain's suggestion that he will find a giant Tinky Winky guarding the Pearly Gates.

That man was full of hate and just plain evil. He'll be lucky to meet Tinky Winky at the Pearly Gates. Personally, I think he's heading for Fiery Gates of Hell.

I will admit that I have had to repeatedly remind myself of "Judge not, lest ye be judged" today. Falwell has said that people like me are the minions of Satan (very literally, as he's one of the fundies who've said exactly that about Anglicans/Episcopalians, on account of us both being crypto-Catholics and faggot-lovers). The feeling is mutual.
