That's just some scraperbot that posts high prices on relatively scarce books in the hope that someone will be stupid enough to bite. They don't even have a copy in stock, usually.
But the starting price on the used copies, when they're genuinely available, is pretty pleasing. It's partly a function of it being a small press book and thus not many copies out there to begin with, but given that the book is readily available new it suggests that there's a definite "will pay more than peanuts" second-hand market. Though the US used price has dropped quite a bit in the last couple of months, as more copies come onto the market.
