Blogger is hanging

I'm trying to post something to a group blog hosted on Blogger, and while I can get the dashboard up it simply hangs if I click on "new post" or "manage posts". It's also hanging if I try to look at my profile. It was doing this last week as well when I was trying to upload a post. I've also been noticing Gmail hanging on logout over the same timescale. Anyone else having this, or ahve an idea as to what's going on?

Yes and yes. According to some of the posts on the help topic threads it may be a regional thing due to storms having systems rerouted. Then again, volunteers answer questions and blue moons happen more often than techies from Google actually answering anything.

Thanks. I was wondering if it was simply something obscure at my end, but this sounds as if it might not be just me.
