X-files boxset going cheap

The Evil Empire is selling the X-files DVD boxset cheap this week: The X Files - The Complete Collector's Edition
for 70 quid. I'm tempted by that, but I've also got enough DVD boxsets to last me the rest of the year, and I stopped watching somewhere around fifth season, so I shall resist temptation.
ETA: and the bastards just waved *this* at me:
Babylon 5: The Complete Collection + The Lost Tales (Exclusive to Amazon.co.uk)
Complete Babylon 5, *including* "Crusade". For 75 pounds. [whimpers quietly]

Date: 2008-08-04 09:11 pm (UTC)The B5 boxset, on the other hand, *seriously* tempts me -- because I never saw it when it was on the telly. It's just that I'll feel guilty if I buy it this month, because I already have a huge pile of boxsets to watch.

Date: 2008-08-04 11:54 pm (UTC)Season five did have some great moments, and by great moments, I mean great Mulder/Krycek. The rest, meh...
I've heard B5 was brilliant, but I need to finish Farscape and NCIS before I can possibly start something new. Oh, and write a 40,000 word novella. No problem!
