As a fan I want to jump up and down and shout write L&M3, WRITE L&M3!! But I'm trying to at least appear sane this week so if I'm honest I have to agree with both strix_an_stones and alex_beecroft.
I've been increasingly disappointed with the lack of anything remotely like plot in the vast majority of book from LI lately. Releasing something as a Sip with Torquere is a great way of put yourself out there. Me and a couple of friends use the sips as a way to get a quick fix of our favourite authors or a way of feeling out a new authors without having to invest a lot of mental or emotional effort. There is nothing worse than getting halfway though a book and deciding that you just can't tolerate the authors writing style anymore (yes I know smart people give up before halfway but I'm a masochist and once I start reading I like to know what happens to the characters).
That’s my 2pence worth, I'll go stalk another of my favourite authors now :)
