Grumble...

I do not like having cause to regret the smoked salmon sandwich for lunch on Friday. I do not like being trapped without broadband when I don't feel like stirring out of the house because of the aforementioned salmon(ella) sandwich. I especially do not like it when these conditions pertain, and I do not even have dialup because the Demon TAM account I continue to pay for as a backup for broadband-deprived situations fails to work, because the not-modem picks up the phone (thus costing me a 5p connection charge each time I try) but then drops all packets on the floor.

I have both betterness and broadband this morning, and will get on with various things such as writing book reviews, so long as nobody tries to drag me off to be sociable or useful.

Tis the season for the mood and health crash. Mine due to returnign to work with a hugged-too-many-relative miserable head cold (with extra phlegm)
