They're still developing the site, so it should turn up sooner or later. It's not good to be doing development on a live site, but one of the reasons for moving webhost was having better site development and maintenance tools, so to some extent they *couldn't* do it all before moving.
And in fact, "coming soon" is there right now, at least from where I am (although there isn't a lot in it at the moment). Some of the changes take a while to propagate through the net, so you might not be able to see it, but for me it's on the sidebar and the link leads here: http://www.loose-id.net/cat-Coming_Soon-463.aspx
