From all the banging and thumping going on at 4 a.m., I expected to find the lawn littered with debris, but it doesn't seem to have been quite as dramatic as it sounded.
The snow didn't settle here, and it's sunny at the moment. Fortunately we're on the south side of the city, which tends to suffer less as it's on lower ground.
We're travelling by pre-booked train, so unless there's a serious issue with the taxi to the station, as long as the trains are running we should be fine. (If the trains aren't running, I suspect that Eastercon is going to be rather thin on attendees.) But perhaps we should ensure that there's plenty of time for the taxi to get from Kalypso's place to mine and then to the station.
