julesjonesEmail waiting for me when I got home this evening, formally confirming that Ye Ed wants my submission for the Mammoth Book of Urban Confessions. At 1p/word advance plus trib copy it's not a huge amount of money, but it's not peanuts either, and I have a soft spot for the various Mammoth series. So this makes me very happy. :-)
Barbara also mentioned expecting to have another anthology call soon, so I need to start thinking of some short story ideas.
