Currently standing at 7379 words, so 363 today. I'd have liked more, but not too bad considering that I've been sleeping badly again and was a bit too fuzzy this morning to write. Still wrestling with the lead-up to the big reveal, but it's starting to fall into place now. I suspect that this chunk is going to need some serious rewriting at some stage, but as long as I have the basic scaffolding I'll be able to go on to the next chapter without worrying about how I'm going to stitch the bits together.
