I think Marky Mark would be rather quick to sue if they used him. Val Kilmer (Wonderland - actually about J.H.) might enjoy the noteriety.

Oh now, there's a tasty thought...which man to choose? All three are stellar, though I'd prefer the latter two. Val Kilmer, yeah, I could see him getting a laugh out of it and seeing it as more of a compliment. He's never done a bad movie, wait, he's done movies that ended up being not so good but his acting is always superb. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is hilarious.
