I won't name the guilty party, as it was in a friends-locked post, but someone on my flist has just had a Share And Enjoy moment with this link, and I see no reason to refrain from infecting others:

Neat... I see your pillow pal and raise you a real pal ;)

Totally not work safe either, but impressive.

You can mention my name.

I friends-locked it in a vain attempt to avoid corrupting all those young LJers who have not yet friendsed me.

It seems inevitable that the Hoka fans will eventually think of the obvious fan-related ap.

Have you *seen* some of the stuff the young are putting on their LJs?

No, actually.

I think there may be a slight difference how people see teens sharing images with other teens and some middle-aged male recluse doing the same thing.

the spellchecker is your friend.

My spellchecker wanted to do things that are illegal in six states and two provinces to the spelling of the names of the contributors of the next Datlow anthology.

This is true. Being a middle-aged female recluse makes me slightly less aware of this,

Various nonfiction procedural shows lead me to believe that in the right light, I could be fit into profiles I have no desire to be fit into [1], so I am careful to stay aloof.

I did wonder a bit what would happen when I called in that body a while back but I wasn't going to leave him there and apparently he was still alive.

Well... I suppose it depends on where they put the inflation nozzle. I kept looking at the Holmes one wondering which face was painted on, his or the actor who played him in Boogie Nights. Too few women today would actually recognize the real Johnny H.

I think Marky Mark would be rather quick to sue if they used him. Val Kilmer (Wonderland - actually about J.H.) might enjoy the noteriety.

Oh now, there's a tasty thought...which man to choose? All three are stellar, though I'd prefer the latter two. Val Kilmer, yeah, I could see him getting a laugh out of it and seeing it as more of a compliment. He's never done a bad movie, wait, he's done movies that ended up being not so good but his acting is always superb. Kiss Kiss Bang Bang is hilarious.

Dude... I can't imagine that working very well. I mean.. inflatable. And he won't look like the guy on the package, that's for sure. If I want a guy to pose any way I want I'll go find one at a leather bar. <laugh>

Some are, some aren't. And it depends on which parts are bouncy and which parts are not.
