Any book that doesn't start at three cents (I always feel sorry for those writers, even though I tend to buy them - and yes, I know the vendors make money on the shipping and handling side) but at a respectable £5,68 must be good. Cast your eyes to the high price.

It's partly a function of it being a small press book and thus not many copies out there to begin with, but given that the book is readily available new it suggests that there's a definite "will pay more than peanuts" second-hand market. Though the US used price has dropped quite a bit in the last couple of months, as more copies come onto the market.
